About Us

The Maine Land Store

We are not a real estate agency, but we are real estate enthusiasts based in the Lincoln, Maine area.

We have worked in the forest industry since the 1970s! When opportunities came up, we purchased land and managed it for future sale. In some cases, we made improvements such as selective timber harvesting, clearing trees to open up views, installing driveways, preparing building areas, or creating land divisions. Any harvesting on our properties was done by a Master Logger Certified company that employs Certified Logging Professionals! We also offer owner financing on the properties we sell!

In the mid-2000s, we began providing housing opportunities! We now offer home and apartment rentals throughout the greater Lincoln, Howland, Enfield, Burlington, Medford, Mattawamkeag, Millinocket, and East Millinocket communities!

In 2024, we expanded into building homes ourselves, and we enjoy helping people find a place to call “home”!

We love Maine and all the outdoor opportunities it brings—snowmobiling, ATV riding, hiking, dirt biking, swimming, kayaking, boating, fishing, and hunting. It never ends!

We work together to keep Maine a better place. Maine truly is “the way life should be,” and we hope to share it with you!
