Grand Falls Township, ME – Off Bryant Ridge Road
In Grand Falls Plantation near Saponac Pond we have a camping permit offered on a 1 acre lot that sits next to a small stream. The lot is 1/4 mile in the woods off the Bryant Ridge Road. This camping permit is designed for a camping getaway and puts you in the middle of a 300 acre private woodlot of which you can also enjoy! There are no utilities on the lot. This is a nice private area to enjoy with your family. Saponac Pond and the Passadumkeag River are nearby! There is also access to ATV trails, so you can enjoy exploring the greater Grand Falls area!

Lakeview, ME – Off Hardy Brook Road
In Lakeview we have a 2,400+/- acre property that we are maintaining for our long-term forest management business. If you are looking to be in a remote location to enjoy some peace and quiet, this is it! This property is located in off the Hardy Brook Road and approximately 7.3 miles in off the hot top. There are miles of gravel roads on our property alone. This is a great area for wildlife viewing, ATVing, mountain biking, etc. Several ponds and small streams are also on the property!
